One way into the whole celebration
Send guests the event link or let them scan its QR code at the venue. The event opens in their phone’s browser, without a dedicated app to download or an organizer account to create.
The tools they see are the ones you enabled for the event. They can move between the photo album, music and quiz without hunting for a different link for each activity.
Choose how you share the invitation
Prepare your guest list and access settings in your organizer space. Depending on the setup, guests use the shared event access or a personal invitation. Send the appropriate link to the people you want to welcome.
Your organizer sign-in is separate: it uses an email address and a six-digit email code. Guests use the invitation you share with them, so you do not need to give out access to your organizer account.
Make the QR code easy to find
Place the event QR code on the tables or near the welcome area. Add a short explanation, such as “Share your photos and join the quiz”, so guests know what they can do after scanning.
Keep the event link available as well, for guests who would rather tap a message than scan a code. Share invitations within your guest group and check the printed QR code on a second phone before the day.
Let everyone join at their own pace
Guests can add pictures from their phones, share musical requests or answer your live quiz. You decide which activities are available and when to launch the moments that need everyone’s attention.
A browser connection is needed to use the event tools. Check the venue’s Wi-Fi or mobile reception, and help guests find the page when they arrive. You can test the complete journey with the free trial before inviting a larger group.
