How Confetti works

Create an event, choose your tools and share a guest QR code. Learn how Confetti handles invitations, guest photos, music and quizzes.

1. Create your event

Sign in with a one-time email code, complete your profile and create an event. Set the occasion, name and date, then prepare your guest list. Confetti is a toolbox for weddings, birthdays and family celebrations: you choose the tools your event needs.

2. Choose and prepare your tools

Enable guest photos, the AI DJ or a quiz. Prepare your content before the day and test it with a second phone. The organizer controls the event and the guest experience. The AI DJ helps with music selection; playback depends on the connected music service and its requirements. Confetti does not supply speakers or an on-site host.

3. Share access with your guests

Guests open the event link or scan its QR code in their browser. Depending on your access settings, they use an invitation or join the event directly. They do not need to install a dedicated app. Keep invitation links within your guest group; they are not public marketing pages.

4. Run the party and collect memories

Guests can use the tools you enabled, including uploading photos or participating in a quiz. Assign an organizer to check the guest experience and manage music. Test connectivity at the venue, and keep a practical backup for important announcements and music.

Integrations and automation

Confetti currently provides its tools through the event interface. There is no public MCP server for connecting external AI assistants. The AI DJ is an in-product capability, not a general-purpose automation endpoint.

What Confetti does and does not provide

Confetti centralizes event tools. It does not book venues, negotiate supplier contracts or replace a professional event coordinator. Some plans limit guests, enabled tools, photos and DJ requests. Review pricing and the limits shown in your account before inviting everyone.
